What BIGAI provides

BIGAI.world is a local business discovery and business growth platform. We provide a directory of businesses, community events, deals, and business growth tools and services. BIGAI does not guarantee business results, search rankings, leads, or customer outcomes.

Business listings

• Listings may be unclaimed. An unclaimed listing means ownership has not been verified through BIGAI — not that the business is not real.
• Claiming a listing requires BIGAI to verify that you are the owner or an authorized representative before ownership is granted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• BIGAI reserves the right to remove or edit listings that violate these terms.

Membership and paid services

• Membership tiers (Community, Featured, Premier) are billed annually at the prices shown on the membership page.
• Paid membership activates only after a confirmed successful checkout.
• Managed BIGAI growth services are scoped per engagement. A listed starting price does not include unlimited work, advertising spend, events, meals, or physical fulfillment unless specifically included in a signed agreement.
• Refunds, if any, are handled per the terms of your specific agreement or as required by applicable law.

901PARTIES

901PARTIES is a BIGAI community activation and fulfillment partner. Food, activities, and physical event services are available in supported markets and are separate from standard digital service pricing unless included in a contract.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not claim a listing you do not own or represent.
• Do not submit false reviews, ratings, or testimonials.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute BIGAI content without permission.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purposes.

BIGAI.world is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Business information may come from public sources and may not be current. Verify important details directly with the business. BIGAI is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on listing information.
