Rental plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) use a BIGAI-owned domain and hosted site. If you cancel, the site and domain remain with BIGAI WORLD. Enterprise clients always own their domain and website outright, regardless of account status.
ZIP territory exclusivity means BIGAI WORLD will not actively market to or onboard a direct competitor in your ZIP code. This benefit is exclusive to Enterprise plan clients and is held as long as your account remains current and active. Starter, Growth, and Pro plans do not include ZIP exclusivity.
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden setup fees, onboarding costs, or surprise charges. We believe in complete transparency.
